Samantha has studied and teaches a variety of different meditation styles. In your first session we'll talk a little. Then we will practice a few different styles of meditation until we find the one that's best for you.
First, we find your favorite meditation style and we work together to fit it in to your daily life. Then we work together toward a happier healthier you.
Samantha will be there every step of the way. Reducing stress in your life and discovering a happier you. As a current private client you can email or text Samantha anytime for suggestions or advice. You're never alone.

At the end of your first session you decide if you want to pay for the session, and if you want to book additional sessions.
If at the end of the first session you decide it's not for you. We can part peacefully. You owe Samantha nothing.
